The Austria side is with the road toll, but the Italian side is free of charge.
The highest point is 2509 m and it's from there down to Italia you'll have lots of narrow hairpin corners and quite many tunnels too.
In Austrian side the Timmelsjoch Hochalpenstrasse goes down to Ötztal valley which is actually quite high in south parts.
But as the road goes further north you'll have few hairpins every now and then as you slowly go down.
The scenery from the highest point of Timmelsjoch is much similar to Stelvio (northside) and of course it's spectacular!
Didi you have any "situations" in narrow hairpins or in tunnels?
