A ride through Joshua Tree National Park is fascinating with terrain that looks as if it belongs on another planet.
The park entrance fee is 10$ per motorcycle (this may change - check out the park website link below).
About 6 miles north from point A:
- Visitor Center: Maps and helpful rangers. Learn about the things to see in the park. Exhibits, water, flush toilets, bookstore onsite.
- The road to Cottonwood Spring Oasis starts here (it's only one mile + a short walk to the oasis).
- Arch Rock: Interesting rock formations. It's about 1000 ft walk (incl. both ways) to the Arch Rock or 500 ft if you don't mind riding on dirt. Chemical toilets are available.
