You need to turn to Polvikoskentie from the Hattuvaara village, from there you'll have 18km's of gravelroad to ride. You can ride to the end of the road and then walk to the lake. From there you can see the island 150 meters away that has the actual point.
There's also a special kind of "totem" by the lake that is the most eastern point of EU on land (the most eastern point of all EU is in Cyprus)
