This museum has the most extensive collection on the history of airship travel.
One great thing about this museum is that you can really see for yourself what was inside those great airships. They even have faithful replicas of passenger cabins on the LZ 129 Hindenburg. At least I found it very fascinating and surprising how different it was from modern air travel.
The cache location points to the motorcycle parking. From there it's about 150m walk towards the lake and a little bit to the right.
If you continue west following the waterfront, you'll find a really nice lakeside boulevard (Uferpromenade) with many cafes and restaurants. Click here for satellite view of motorcycle parking (zoom out and scroll to south west to see the Uferpromenade)
You can log a find without visiting the museum but I would recommend that you take the tour if possible (it's not expensive and you can see the most interesting stuff quite quickly if you want).
